What if you could have a safe place to acknowledge and feel your feelings?
What if you took time to truly listen to your body instead of numbing it with substances?
What if you could let yourself feel your feelings and move on with your day, instead of ignoring them with all your might until they burst out when it’s least comfortable?
I used to self-invalidate my own emotions all the time. It’s what I was taught.
Now, I give them a dedicated space.
I move them through my body.
I listen to my body. And I hold space for you do that with your body, as well 💗
