Have no fear! 

With over 12 years of teaching twerk, Gal (that's me) helped thousands of people learn the basics.

You will leave these workshops with a renewed sense of appreciation towards yourself and your body, and a few new skills!

Beginner Booty Dance Technique (19h-20h15):

For absolute beginners and up to 3 months of twerk experience

In this workshop, we will learn 3-4 basic steps of twerking from the ground up, breaking them down to manageable pieces and practicing them in short, easy, fun combos.

You will leave the workshop with new skills, and a video of me teaching the steps so you can keep practicing at home.

• No twerking or pole dance experience necessary
• Wear sneakers (trainers)
• Wear loose shorts (NOT long leggings)

Beginner Booty Dance Choreo (20:30h-21h45):

For absolute beginners up to 3 months of twerk experience

After learning the basic booty popping skills of, it’s time to have some creative fun with them! 

In this workshop, we’ll combine the basic twerk steps from the technique workshop into a fun, flirty beginner choreography with inspirations from twerking, dancehall and commercial dancing.

• Must take the technique workshop in order to participate
• No twerking or pole dance experience necessary
• Wear sneakers (trainers)
• Wear loose shorts (NOT long leggings)
